Soda or Pop? Sport Coat or Blazer?- Help Settle An Argument At Work With This Quick Poll
So Matty and I have been going back and forth for almost a year about what to call a specific item and we need your help in deciding who is right. In order to do this as fairly as I can I am merely including the specific item in question in a poll with 2 or 3 other items. All you have to do is take a quick poll to let us know who is right and who is Matty.
You know these sorts of things come up all the time with friends and for various reasons, sometimes it is a regional thing like how Midwestern store clerks might say, "You want a sack with that?" and Northeastern store clerks ask, "You want that in a bag?" Sometimes its an age gap issue like when your Grandfather asks, "Where are my trousers" and your Father may ask for his "pants".
So I took a few of my favorites and put them in poll form to finally decide what we here in the Capital District feel is the right way and the wrong way to say or describe an object, with that said, take a minute and quickly take this poll.
