Country superstar Maren Morris will play live shows for another month here in the US, take a little break and then head off to Europe, Mexico and the Cayman Islands.  Before that, however, a stop in Upstate New York - well within driving distance of the Albany area - for a show on Labor Day.

The Great New York State Fair,  running now through Labor Day,  will bring 26 acts to Chevy Court this year, covering everything from rap to outlaw country and from up-and-coming stars to some of the biggest names of the '70s, '80s and '90s.  Certainly a day trip to the Syracuse area worth taking if you want to catch one of your favorite musicians, like Morris.

Morris is set to perform a daytime set, which leaves plenty of time for a day full of music, food, games, rides, and fun.

Former One Direction singer Niall Horan and Grammy Award-winning country singer Maren Morris, on tour together, will be performing on labor day.

Horan will take the Chevy Court stage at 6 p.m., while Morris will perform that afternoon at 1 p.m. Both shows are free with fair admission.
