A section of Norwood Avenue in Schenectady has been renamed to honor him. On Wednesday, Mike Maietta, legendary coach, received the permanent tribute.
In the story that I saw on CBS 6 Albany, the section of Norwood Avenue that’s been renamed for Coach Maietta is between Schuyler Street and California Avenue.
