Saratoga Springs Tops List of Highest Housing Value in Upstate, NY

The list includes 50 Upstate, New York cities/towns, with at least 1,000 owned and occupied homes. The Capital Region made the top 10, five times!

We all have known that the Capital Region is a beautiful area and a great place to live, so it should come to no shock that not one, not two, but five cities/towns have made the top 10 of this awesome list!

Saratoga Springs came in at #1 with the median value estimated at $310, 200. Others making the list are, Clifton Park at #3 ($276,200), Bethlehem at #5 ($268,700), Ballston at #9 ($255,400) and Malta at #10 ($253,200.)
