If you were looking to go out this weekend in Albany, you'll want to know that at least one popular spot in downtown won't be serving alcohol.

A popular bar in downtown Albany had it's liquor license suspended after complaints of underage drinking were filed.  A sting operation confirmed that, in fact, many minors were served. According to a report from News Channel 13, Graney's Stout located at 904 Broadway in downtown Albany, will no longer be able to serve alcohol.

The report states that the State Liquor Authority, DMV, and Albany police confirmed that as many as 50 people inside the bar were underage, and 38 admitted that they were served alcohol.

This message was posted Wednesday on their Facebook page:

Due to current circumstances, the SLA has temporarily suspended our liquor license and we will be closing today at 3pm. Mike is currently working diligently to correct the situation and get us back open. We appreciate your patience and understanding through this process. Thank you.
