Pizza Wars Is Next Thursday – Crust Makes The Pizza

A lot of people that love pizza think about toppings, it makes sense after all they are the first thing you see on the pie. If you ask me, the crust and dough makes the difference between a good pizza and a great pizza.I can taste the difference between a quality homemade crust and a pre-made or frozen shell. How about you? I like to order my pizzas extra-extra crispy too and make sure that the crust is dark brown so that on the outside edge you can actually get it to crunch a little when you bite into it. You will be able to try the best pizzas with the most delicious homemade sauces and dough in the region at the 3rd Annual Pizza Wars. It all happens next Thursday, January 31st at 5pm in two locations. Pick the one that is closest to you, either Proctors in Schenectady or Upstate Concert Hall on Route 146 in Clifton Park. Doors open at 5pm at both locations and admission is just $8 at the door on the way in with your family. Make your way around the room at either location, sample the delicious pizza and vote on your favorites in multiple categories. I can't wait. I've been saving up my carbs all month!
