Brad Paisley kicked off the European leg of his world tour Wednesday night at London's O2 Arena and while the crowd knows who he is on stage, he is unrecognizable in other places.Paisley interviewed with The Associated Press and told them that he has been questioned about being backstage.  "I'm getting asked everywhere....if I belong here, you know, 'Excuse me sir, do you have a pass?'...(even at) my own gig!"

Paisley also told The Associated Press that he finds it pleasant and humbling because he now knows he can walk around without many people recognizing him.  Despite the experience, Paisley feels country music is on the verge of hitting it big in Europe.  He also stated that he feels his European fans are even more dedicated than his wider home crowd.  He's been very surprised to find out how much the fans know and now much they're familiar with his music.
