Paint Your Bedroom This Color for More Sleep (And Caramel for More Sex)

This morning on the show, Sean and I talked about a new survey that found that people who have red walls in their bedroom have the least sex of anyone! But what color should you paint your walls to rectify that situation?

Well, the study also said that people whose walls are painted a caramel color have the most sex!

Here are a few other, less sexy results of the survey:

1.  People with blue walls sleep the best.

2.  People with purple walls are the most likely to have insomnia.

3. People with gray walls are the most likely to do online shopping in bed.

I stumbled upon this survey while Pinteresting bedroom ideas because I'm on an interior design kick and I'm ready to renovate our bedroom.

After reading the results,  I'm thinking blue. Or caramel... definitely caramel!
