The transformation is almost complete. Saratoga's Longfellows is ready to become Brookmere Saratoga and is opening soon.

Taking over the former Longfellows Hotel and Restaurant site, this reimagined destination is set to open in mid-December, complete with a boutique hotel, the Regent Restaurant and Bar, and the relaxing Arbor Spa.

If you are already dreaming of a stay, you are in luck. Brookmere is now accepting bookings for stays between January 1st and October 31, 2025. Head to their website to secure your spot and get ready for some serious pampering.

This $30 million-plus project by Bonacio Development expands the property to 90,500 square feet on 9 picturesque acres, conveniently located near the Saratoga National Golf Club and just three miles from the Saratoga Race Course.

The Arbor Spa promises to be a true sanctuary, inspired by Saratoga’s natural beauty and its reputation for healing. Think soothing massages and indulgent body treatments, perfect for some “me time.”

As for the Regent Restaurant and Bar, it is all about classic French cuisine with a local twist, crafted by Chef Christopher Smith. Expect cozy bistro vibes with a fine dining flair and a cocktail menu you will not want to miss.

For December, the restaurant will focus on dinner, but starting in January, they will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Bonus: They will stay open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, making it a perfect spot for date nights or celebrations.

This is not just a new chapter for Brookmere. It is a fresh start for a property with deep roots in Saratoga. Longfellows was a local favorite for decades, and Brookmere is ready to carry that legacy forward with a modern, luxurious twist.
