A one-hundred-sixty million mixed-use development off Route 146 is one step closer to being built in Halfmoon. According to Albany Business Review, the Town of Halfmoon Planning Board has recommended changing the town zoning for the One-Four-Six Marketplace.

If the zoning designation is changed after a public hearing, the proposed project will go in front of the planning board again for a site plan review.
