A Capital Region mall is adding a unique restaurant experience. This is a cool take on eating where you prepare your meat and cook it, along with vegetables, at your table.

Something fun and flavorful is coming to Colonie Center. KPOT, a popular Korean BBQ and hot pot restaurant, is opening a new location in mid-2026.

If you’ve never tried it, KPOT is all about interactive dining. You cook your meats and veggies right at your table, either on a grill or in a bubbling pot of broth.

It’s an all-you-can-eat experience, so you can try a little of everything. From seafood and noodles to fresh vegetables and bold sauces, there’s something for everyone.

According to a press release from Colonie Center, VP of Marketing, Margaret Farrell said, “We’re excited to bring our style of dining to the Capital Region. KPOT is about more than food, it’s about having fun together.”
