The anticipation has been building since last December for the unveiling of the new NASCAR exhibit in Saratoga Springs.  The wait is over.  The Saratoga Automobile Museum takes the wraps off for the public tomorrow, June 3, at 10:00 a.m.

The exhibit is called "Moonshine to Millionaires - NASCAR's History, Heroes and Technology."  It features a dozen historic race cars, technical displays, photographs and other memorabilia such as team shirts, firesuits, helmets and posters.

One of the highlights undoubtedly will be the black No. 3 Goodwrench Chevrolet from Richard Childress Racing.  This particular car on display is the one that carried DaleEarnhardt to his final win at the Talladega Superspeedway.

Some of the other cars on display will include both the NASCAR Pontiac and the Dallara Indy car driven by Tony Stewart when he accomplished racing's most famous double, the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca Cola 600 in 1999.  The exhibit will mark the first time these cars have been put on public display since Stewart acquired them.  Also, Ron Hornaday's Camping World Truck Series championship ride, Kevin Harvick's Nationwide championship Chevrolet and a cutaway Penske Miller Lite Dodge will be alongside.

The Saratoga Automobile Musuem is located in the Saratoga Spa State Park.
