NASCAR Driver Tweets During Rain Delays

NASCAR at Pocono was postponed to Monday!

It seems it always rains at Pocono, doesn’t it?  Well this season is no different!

As I waited patiently to see what the weather would bring, I followed some of the drivers on Twitter to see if they would release any information.   It seems some of them were as bored as I was waiting for the race to start and some of them, well, let’s just just say their kids were as bummed as I was.

Austin Dillon ties for the best tweet award from me.   We were doing the same thing at the same time.  Pokemon.  EVERYONE is doing it!  Look at his tweet:

Kevin Harvick is the other winner for the best tweet of the day.  Earlier in the day, his wife put a photo out showing their son on a plane heading to see “pops”.  Then the next post is Harvick announcing the race is over with this picture: 

How funny, right?  Well, let’s see what the weather brings today….will we get a race in or will be be playing in puddles again?  I’ll keep you posted on that and what the other drivers are up to!
