More Scary Clowns Spotted; This Time In Clifton Park

More scary clowns have been spotted in the Capital Region and police are trying to determine who is responsible.

This time, they were seen in Clifton Park. Creepy!

According to News 10, one was spotted at the Fox Run apartments in Clifton Park  and another near Sitterly Road in Halfmoon. Witnesses described the clowns as 'creepy'.  Police say no crime has been committed and they do not know who was dressed up as the clowns, but they are keeping an eye on the situation. They say there is no reason for alarm at this point.

If I saw a random clown somewhere it would definitely give me a chill! I am also wondering what their motive is. Is this a Halloween prank? A copycat thing as this seems to be happening everywhere?

Hopefully the local police figure out who is 'clowning around' and why.
