Off to see the beautiful views, brush off the stress and get some exercise on a low-key Sunday. That I'm sure was the plan until a woman fell 25- feet from Vromans Nose Trail yesterday in Middleburgh.

Sherriff Anthony Desmond told the Daily Gazette that the fall was reported at 4:02pm Middleburgh firefighters, ambulance personnel, sheriff's deputies and state troopers were sent to the scene where the victim was against a tree with multiple injuries.

An awaiting MedFlight helicopter flew the woman to the Albany Medical Center. Her name has not been released.
