Love Cowboy Settles Down Sassy Sister

How do I tell my sister that I'm not at her beck and call just because I don't have kids and she does. Whenever she has something important to do work-related, she gives me like 30 minutes notice that she needs me to come over and watch the kids. My sister is a great woman, single mom with 3 young children. and I know she appreciates it but she's driving me crazy. Over the weekend she asked if I could come over and cook her dinner. What gives??

Love him or hate him, the Love Cowboy is about as consistent as they come. Every weekday morning just after 6am and 8am, he saddles on up inside the GNA studio. He comes with relationship advice for you GNA listeners and insults for anyone who dares to get in his way; usually that person is Brian.
