It’s always been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I know there are some people that just skip breakfast or grab something that’s not really too good for them. Cereal is quick and easy. It’s even better for you if you some fruit with it. Ever since I was a kid, I loved cereal, and Most of the time that’s what I have. In all honesty, most cereals aren’t too bad for you. I could eat cereal almost any time of the day.

The cereals I chose are all sweetened. That probably makes them a lesser healthy choice, but when I get cereals that aren’t sweetened, I end up putting sugar on them. I’m not sure if I put too much, so I choose the sweetened brands.

5) Honey Nut Cheerios

Wish they had these when I was a kid. Slice up a banana and throw it in the bowl with the cereal.


4) Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oat Meal

Love this on a cold day. I choose instant because it’s faster than cooking oat meal. Yes, I know - it's a sweetened cereal.


3) Corn Pops

I remember when they called them Sugar Pops. I like them as a kid, and I still like them now.


2) Frosted Mini – Wheats

This is one that I really like when you get to the bottom of the box, all the crumbs mixed in with the cereal.


1) Cracklin’ Oat Bran

This is my favorite. I swear this stuff never gets stale.
