Country Music legend and American Music icon Kenny Rogers celebrated his 75th birthday on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. While many entertainers that have reached this milestone are retired or resorted to just playing a few shows here and there, Mr. Rogers appears to be busier than ever.

Just a few weeks prior to his 75th birthday, Kenny Rogers stormed the Glastonbury Music Festival delighting fans to decades of hits. The remarkable response from overseas proves once again, that Kenny Rogers could very well be the 'world's' best known Country Music artist. After a successful international run with stops in Morocco, the UK, Ireland, Scotland and Switzerland, 'The Gambler' has returned to the United States for even more tour dates on his 'Through The Years' World Tour.

In addition to preparing for his annual holiday trek, Rogers is also endorsing the revival of his Broadway style show, 'The Toy Shoppe.' The festive production will play Branson, Mo. with Billy Dean in the role he originally made popular as Mr. Longley, the owner of a troubled local toy store. Upon awaiting official induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame this fall and putting the finishing touches on a new album, it's clear Kenny Rogers is not ready to 'fold 'em.'
