You only have a precious few days left to get down to Jumpin' Jack's Drive-In for a bite to eat.

So last week we got the great news that Jumpin' Jack's was extending their 2020 season and staying open past Labor Day. Well, we now the extended season won't be lasting too much longer.

The Scotia drive-in restaurant announced on their Facebook page today they will close for the season this Saturday, September 12th. The restaurant plans on being open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., but they did warn customers that they may end up closing early as they run out of menu items. They are suggesting patrons arrive no later than 7 p.m. if they plan on coming out for one last meal this year. Jumpin' Jack's also thanked their employees and patrons in the Facebook post for sticking by them and supporting the restaurant during what was a challenging season for all.

I think we were all hoping Jumpin' Jack's would have stayed open a little longer into September, just for the reason that we want to extend summer and all we enjoy during the season as long as possible. Our favorite summer spots closing up shop for the season are the most real of signs that colder weather is coming, and deep down we just want to push that off as far as possible. And some great burgers and fries don't hurt either!
