The actress was en-route to Teterboro, NJ Saturday when the plane she was on had a double engine failure.

According to ABC News, while Flying from Louisville, KY the plane had an engine failure at 31,000 feet. Then while the plane was landing, the other engine failed!

First and foremost, thank god everyone is ok! That must have been a harrowing flight on the way down, even more so when the second engine failed. Second, kudos to the pilots for bringing the jet down safely.

The ABC story reports the FAA is investigating the incident and that 2 engine failures are very rare. You have to imagine it was a good thing the 2nd engine failed closer to the ground.
