Warren also discussed what he felt when his time with the Allman Brothers Band came to an end.

It was really important to a lot of us that we go out on a high note. None of us wanted for the band to be guilty for going past our prime. The band at that time was still amazing and fantastic. We were all just very proud of what we had dome and to be part of it. - Warren Haynes
