Are Foo Fighters Coming to the Capital Region? Here’s What We Know

It is difficult to believe that Foo Fighters are about to celebrate their 30th anniversary as a band. In that time they have had hit songs on the radio, won countless awards, sold millions of concert tickets all while enduring tragedy of their own. Foo Fighters are arguably America's Band.

How will Foo Fighters celebrate 2024? If their social media accounts are any indication they will hit the road for a massive tour and the Capital Region just might be included. Here's what we know.

Foo Fighters were scheduled to to perform at Saratoga Performing Arts Center on July 19, 2022. Following the passing of Foo's drummer Taylor Hawkins in March of '22, that show and the remaining dates on the tour were cancelled.

Recently Foo Fighters announced their 'Everything Or Nothing At All' UK Tour, which will take the month of June. Just this morning the band shared a post on their social media pages that suggests there is more to come. So what does the Capital Region have to do with all of this?

Although nothing has been officially announced, a quick scroll through Instagram and I landed on the MVP Arena account where they shared this. Are Foo Fighters coming to Albany?
