Sausage Biscuit Gravy

1 Pound breakfast sausage

Milk (enough to cover sausage)

Flour and water mixture (For thickening) (2 tablespoons flour to 2 tablespoons water, if too thick add more water)

Brown sausage and drain off fat, leaving a little fat in the pan
Return sausage to frypan and add milk to cover sausage
Bring to boil
Turn heat down to medium, so it is not boiling, and add flour mixture
Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes
Serve over homemade or store bought biscuits
