Honesty time. I am struggling! lost about 7 pounds so far and I am way behind where I hoped to be by this time. I need to rededicate both workouts and my diet. So I've decided to Challenge myself in a different way. I will not shave my beard until I lose 20 pounds. It is itchy and I'm not sure I like the way it looks so hopefully this will motivate me to skip a snack or do 10 more minutes on the treadmill. Worth a try. lol
