Go to the Catskill Community Cookie Walk!

The Catskill Community Center and Cultivate Catskill are hosting their Holiday Cookie Walk and Bazaar on December 10, 2016 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Community Center.

The Cookie Walk is a long-standing tradition of the Catskill Garden Club which unfortunately ended last year when the Garden Club disbanded. Now, two local groups are collaborating to bring it back!

Lisa Malone Jackson, Board President of the Catskill Community Center, is excited about this collaborative project. According to Ms. Malone Jackson,

“We are collaborating to revive this event as a celebration of an important local tradition and as a way for community members to gather to enjoy the holiday season.”

Janet Riccobono, chair of the event and member of Cultivate Catskill said,

“This is a great opportunity to pool our resources to the benefit of both organizations and the community as a whole.”

The Cookie Walk will feature a wide variety of homemade cookies from some of the best local bakers.

There will also be a Holiday Bazaar with decorations, ornaments, hand-made crafts, food, and drink available for donations.
