Brantley Gilbert sure did rock the TU Center crowd in Albany on Saturday night. And while thousands of his fans got a night they'll never forget, what he did before his show may have made the most lasting impression of all; he visited with pediatric patients at Albany Med.

Brantley Gilbert didn't want any fanfare, he just wanted to meet some sick fans of his , and hang out and chill for a bit. He did just that and Spectrum News posted very touching photographs to their visit after he visited the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Med on Saturday. The comment section on their Facebook page lit up light a child's smile as one by one, fans of Gilbert praised him for taking the time out of his busy day to make such a powerful, meaningful and inspirational visit.
