Five Albany Area Bowling Alleys [LIST]
If you’re looking for something to do with your family and friends, go bowling. Your weekends are probably the time you get things done around the house.
Those chores that you didn’t have time to do all week. Maybe it’s time to take a break and bring the kids out to your local bowling alley.
You can also grab something to eat and drink in the snack bar. Usually it’s just basic food like hot dogs, hamburgers and fries. There are several places to bowl in the Albany area. In most cases, there’s a place near where you live.
Unless your on a league, you probably don’t have your own bowling ball or shoes. You can get everything you need at the bowling alley. You may have to rent the shoes. Bowling is also pretty affordable, and it’s a way to get some exercise. Here are some bowling alleys:

Del Lanes is just outside of Albany in Delmar, at 4 Bethlehem Court.

Olympic Lanes is just outside of Albany at 5 Elmwood Avenue in Menands.
1) Sunset Lanes
Sunset Lanes is a unique place, because they have lanes in the front and back of the building. They're at 1160 Central Avenue in Colonie.
