I always love it when there's one of these lists of the wealthiest zip codes because I don't know about you but I always look to see where I stand in relation to the rest of my zip code. Am I not pulling the proper salary? Is your zip code on this list?

Albany Business Review rated zip codes all across Upstate New York to find those they deem the wealthiest. According to their article, the list was based on the highest median household income in the area. To put these numbers in perspective, the median household income for the entire state is $62,765. A good number of zip codes on this list are in Dutchess County but the Capital Region showed up a couple of times on the list, and one even in the top five!
