Prior to tonight's show Kris Kristofferson was announced as the recipient of the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, while his self titled debut album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Dolly Parton's 1973 smash 'Jolene' was also inducted into the Grammy Song Hall of Fame.
