Country Legends The Oak Ridge Boys Are Coming To Rivers In Schenectady

At some point in your life you have sung along with 'Elvira.' Now is your chance to sing it live with the Oak Ridge Boys.

Whether it was 'Elvira,' 'American Made,' 'Fancy Free,' or any of their huge hits from the 1980's, if you grew up listening to Country music with your parents at some point you spent some time listening to the unmistakable harmonies of the Oak Ridge Boys. From the high harmonies to the bass, this legendary country quartet does it all and now they are bringing that one-of-a-kind vocal display to the Capital Region.

Where and When Will The Oak Ridge Boys Be Performing?

Rivers Casino Resort and Event Center announced today the CMA and ACM award-winning vocal group will take the stage on Sunday, March 13th, 2022. Tickets for this show will go on-sale this Friday, December 17th at 10 am through the Rivers Casino website.

With the announcement earlier today of Carly Pearce's March 19th concert at the Egg, we are really starting to see the show announcements heat up. Between our local shows and the year ahead all around us in Upstate New York, 2022 is shaping up as a year to make up for lost time at live shows.

Let's face it, while live music did return midway through 2021, our Country concert schedule was nowhere near as robust as a normal, pre-pandemic year in the Albany area. So let's hope this trend of multiple daily announcements continues, and we are all super busy checking out our favorite artists in the new year!
