Children Taken Away From Charlie Sheen

Just when I thought we could stop talking about Charlie, something else happens. A.P. reporting that this time it involves his two year old twins.

This was after a court order was granted to their mother, his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller. She's claiming that they should not be raised in Sheen's present home environment.

After seeing some of his interviews, especially the ones with the children in them, I'm not sure about is why he wasn't taken into custody for "endangering the welfare of a child"? Maybe there's not enough evidence showing that he's acting in the totally "crazy" way with his kids.
