Residents from the tri-states are being advised not to travel domestically during the coronavirus pandemic.

After coronavirus deaths increased from 1,000 to 2,000 in just days, a CNN report says the Centers For Disease Control(CDC) is advising residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut not to travel domestically. The advisory, announced yesterday, will last 14 days and applies to nonessential travel. CNN says President Trump was thinking about a full quarantine for parts of all 3 states, which was ultimately deemed unnecessary and according to Governor Cuomo, was not a move government could legally make or enforce. Currently, 2/3 of the US population is under some sort of restriction to help curb the spread of the coronavirus.

As the number of coronavirus cases and deaths continue to grow, lets hope all the measures being taken start to have a positive effect on slowing the spread of the virus, and ultimately saving lives. We are all in this together, and the efforts we are making now should turn things around in the next few weeks.
