I had the chance to sit next to someone during my recent appearance at the  Cohoes Rotary last week.  We got to talking, and I asked what her occupation was.  The answer she gave made me want to whip out my laptop and start blogging right then and there!

In honor of the upcoming Health and Beauty Expo (information right here), I have decided to try to make a change from my former self- the person always looking for the easy way out when it comes to exercising.  These are the exercises that I do now

This is a true story. You can't make these things up. I was more embarrassed than I've been in a very long time, but it convinces me even more that some things happen for a reason. Out of all places, it happened on the campus of St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

I had the unique opportunity to visit this amazing facility almost 20 years ago, so I'm interested to see the changes.  It's still extremely vivid in my memory.  We went room to room and visited patients, the familes of, and committed doctors as well.  It should be amazing!
