We make several trips across the state on the Thruway to visit my fiancee's family in Buffalo. I am happy that the Thruway is doing cashless tolls. I found it inconvenient to have to stop or slow down to pay the toll.

According to WIVB.com, it was announced that after a thirty trial run of using the overhead EZ pass system, they are ready to launch the program statewide. The New York Thruway Authority says that it will begin in November.
