Capital Region Lowe’s Hiring Hundreds For Spring
Many people are out of work due to COVID-19 and doing some home improvement projects. The demand at Lowe's is high so they need to hire thousands across the country and hundreds right here in the Capital Region. Here's how to apply. My girlfriend, Jenn, who has been out of work since the pandemic began, even applied to work at Lowe's. They have very flexible hours and they pay pretty well to start. Jenn doesn't have a lot of experience in home improvement but was drawn to the jobs because of the flexible hours.
According to News 10 ABC, with the spring home improvement rush on the horizon, Lowe's needs to fill fifty thousand positions nationwide. There are positions available for full-time, part-time, and seasonal. To apply and to learn more about which positions are open here in the Capital Region, click HERE. You can text the word JOBS to LOWES (56937) to get more info.
Lowe's values their employees and all they have done during the pandemic. They will be getting bonuses because of their hard work. On February 5th, full time hourly Lowe's employees will be getting three hundred dollars. Part-time and seasonal Lowe's workers will be getting one hundred fifty dollars.
Lowe's President and CEO Marvin R. Ellison said this in a press release:
We are honored to be an essential business to help our customers keep their homes safe and functional during these very challenging times. We’re pleased to provide this added bonus to support our current associates and excited to welcome these new associates so we can better serve customers across the country.
