US News and World Report released their annual Best High School rankings list earlier this week, and a Capital Region high school was the best from Upstate.

According to an NYUP, Bethlehem landed at #103 for New York schools throughout the state, and #1016 nationally. This was the highest ranking for any Upstate New York High School among the over 20,000 that were considered for the article.

US News and World Report based their rankings on graduation rates, college preparedness, student performance versus state averages and more.

The Baccalaureate School for Global Education in New York City was the #1 ranked high school in the state of New York, and landed at #9 nationally.

One thing we are known for here in the Capital Region are great school systems, and it is great to see one of them recognized in the top 10% of all high schools across the nation! You can see Bethlehem's individual stats that led to the ranking here, and the full rankings for the state of New York here.
