The condo in the Sugar Loaf Building that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" Orland Bloom called home has sold for $7.1 million, just under the $7.25 million asking price. It's a beautiful place with a rich history of hosting star-studded celebrities.

The landmarked Sugar Loaf Building dates to 1882. Past and current residents include comedian Aziz Ansari, Steven Soderbergh, Taylor Swift, Mary Kate, and Ashley Olson, and “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson.

That's a lot of high-powered celebrities in one place.

The fourth-floor corner unit comes with three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. Plus, the condo still retains a lot of historic details, like steel columns, wood beams, and wide-plank oak floors.

Apparently, whoever buys the condo will have Taylor Swift as their landlord. She owns several townhomes and condos in the area. Who knows maybe she'll write a song about you if you're a bad tenant.

Here's the listing for 155 Franklin Street NY, NY. You can learn more about the Sugar Loaf Building HERE.
