The condo in the Sugar Loaf Building that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" Orland Bloom called home has sold for $7.1 million, just under the $7.25 million asking price. It's a beautiful place with a rich history of hosting star-studded celebrities.

Wow, this is a bitter sweet moment for me. I am so excited to see this third and last "Hobbit" movie. It is also a bit sad though as I realize that it will be the last installment of Peter Jackson's amazing adaptations of the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. The second installment of "The Hobbit" movies is on it's way and the teaser trailer is available.

A new trailer for the first "Hobbit" movie has hit the Internet.  "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" hits theaters on December 14th.

Ok so the movie I was starting to think would never be made is now being made into three movies. We now know the release dates for all three films.

"The Hobbit" is one of the MOST anticipated movies ever. Partly due to the success of "The Lord Of The Rings" trilogy and partly due to the fact a lot of us never thought it would happen.
