First, there was a moose roaming around Halfmoon. Now a baby giraffe was born in Gloversville? What is going on in the Capital Region lately?

Okay, you got us. This one wasn't as random as the Bullwinkle wanna be that roamed over Clifton Park this week. WTEN is reporting that on the first official day of fall this past Sunday, a baby giraffe standing at 6-feet tall - already - was born at the Adirondack Animal Land in Gloversville.

The baby, who is probably the cutest animal that's already taller than me that I've ever seen, was named Autumn after its birthday. Everyone together now - awwwwww!

So, what non-typical animal will we see next?
