It’s Almost Fair Season – Here’s What You Need to Know
Some people love the rides. Others love the games. Live entertainment, animals, racing but for me, it's all about the food at the local fairs.
The largest mozzarella sticks known to man, fried pb&j, fried oreos, fried pickles, fried everything and of course food on sticks (I love food on sticks.)
Lost Diamond Found by TSA Officers at Albany International Airport
The feelings you have going through the TSA check points on your travels are mutual to your fellow travelers. Take the shoes off, sweatshirt/jacket, take the lap top out, let them know about the medication you have (yes, I promise that's just my inhaler), take off all of your jewelry and hope that it all makes it to the other end of the conveyor belt.
This always sucks to go through, while complet

It was all over the news channels when first reported that an alleged racially motivated fight broke out on a CDTA bus involving a couple U Albany students.
59-Year Old Woman in Niskayuna Gives Birth For First Time
Normally, birth isn't exactly news worthy and when it is it's something pretty crazy. Ya know, like that time a woman gave birth on the side of the Northway? That was crazy.
Well, this story is less on the crazy side and more on the almost never heard of side. Akosua Budu Amoako gave birth to her first child at the age of 59.

At CMA fest in Nashville last weekend, Michael performed a brand new song that's going to be coming out on his new album.

I know, Dad can be hard to shop for. My Dad especially (don't we all say that?)
They have everything they could ever want (most of the time), they don't typically need anything (you can afford anyway) and they don't want to go out of the house (unless it's to go to the casino - oh, just mine?)

Garth Brooks Makes Fans Dream Come True [VIDEO]
When Garth Brooks was in the Capital Region for the first time after 20 years back in March, it was exciting. I don't know if I've ever felt that kind of energy in the Times Union Center before. It truly was an experience rather than a concert.
It was the first time I was able to see the man himself in person and the way he commands a stage is unlike anything else.

The first driverless car...wait, is driverless a word? The first self-driving car (gosh, that doesn't sound right, either) is being tested right here in the Capital Region!
Created In New York And You Use Almost Every Single Day
We take for granted the basic items that have become our every day.
The alarm clock buzzing in the morning to wake us up, the running water for our shower, the hot water heater to allow that water not to be freezing cold, the coffee pot brewing our caffeine, the engine that starts our cars, even the wheels that roll it to our destination.
Tyler Farr talks his favorite drink, what he does with a free weekend at home and more [VIDEO]
Hanging with Tyler Farr is always a trip. He's a great guy and he was just as fun this weekend at Taste of Country Music Festival.
I was on the grounds on Saturday and had the chance to catch up with Tyler. He's been a busy guy with his new reality show "A Little Too Farr" (get it?? Too FARR?!) I asked him about the show and the craziest stuff that's been caught on camera, what he would
