
Arrested: Saratoga County Man Kicked Police Officer In The Groin
A Capital Region man was arrested on Saturday after police say he caused a disturbance at the Spectrum Store in Wilton.
The report from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says the man not only resisted arrest but also kicked one of the deputies in the groin, causing physical injury.
Jonathan Bean Arrested
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Jonathan S. Bean, 60, of Gansevoort on Saturday following a disturbance call at a Spectrum store in Wilton.
According to the SCSO, the incident occurred just after 10:00 a.m. at the Spectrum Store, located at 1 Market Place in Wilton, New York.

While no one is trying to make light of allegations, the irony of the situation can't be ignored.
The man arrested has the last name "Bean," and apparently, his target of choice was the deputies Frank and Beans.
Bean is accused of causing physical injury to a deputy by kicking them, as well as physically resisting arrest by the deputies to take him into custody, said the Sheriff’s Office.
He was arrested and charged with the following, according to SCSO:
- Second-degree assault
- Second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
- Resisting arrest
