This all stems back to August, when it originally happened at The Golden Town Buffet. Now authorities have charged another man that’s allegedly connected with the original incident. WNYT had a story about Pheng Sathongoth from New York City, being arrested in Connecticut. The 52-year-old was charged on Thursday. He was returned to New York.

Sathongoth wasn’t employed by the restaurant. He allegedly was involved in an enterprise that would use the stolen information to purchase gift cards and merchandise.  According to the Bethlehem Police, there was more than $50,000 in fraudulent charges on several victims’ credit cards.
