When the next Marvel Studio smash movie comes out in May of 2020, there could be some representation from the Albany Police Department mixing it up with some Marvel superheroes.

According to the Times Union, our very own Albany police department could get some screen time as it's being reported that 'multiple' Albany police vehicles were used in the filming of 'Black Widow', the next movie to be released from Marvel Studios.

The film, due out in May of next year stars Scarlett Johannson and while no actual scenes were filmed locally, the Times Union informs us that Albany cop cars and even a 'large SWAT vehicle' with the Albany logos were used in the production of the film.

Albany vehicles were chosen by the film production crew even though according to sources, most of the filming of 'Black Widow' took place in Macon, Georgia.

Speculation is that Albany, New York does in fact play a role in the film.
