Albany Area Man Confessed About Robbing Local McDonalds

The Loudonville McDonalds was robbed back in mid-August.

The suspect was found and arrested by Colonie Police shortly after the robbery.

On Monday, Ismael Maxwell from Cohoes had his day in Albany County Court. That’s when he pleaded guilty and admitted to robbing the restaurant and stealing $616 dollars. According to the story in the Times Union, Maxwell will be going to jail for 2 and a half years to five years.
