After 20 yrs Popular Slingerlands Italian Eatery Opening in New Location

A popular Italian restaurant in Slingerlands is reopening in its new location after twenty years. The restaurant is just a half mile from the original location and is much bigger than the strip mall location it was in.

Bellini's Italian Eatery Will Open in Its New Location

When Bellini's closed in early January inside the Price Chopper plaza on New Scotland Road after twenty years, we knew they would be relocating to a much larger space not too far away. That time has come and will open for regular dining on Wednesday, July 12th.

The New Bellini's Location is at 10-1 Vista Boulevard

This location used to be home to the Roux Bistro which was open for nearly eight years until it closed in the fall of 2022. This space is three thousand square feet with more seating both inside and on the outside patio. It has a more modern look with a window to the patio that gives access to the bar according to the Times Union.

Joe Marrello who owns Marrello Restaurant Concepts also runs the Bellini's in Latham, the quick express Bellini's Counter in Albany, Latham, Stuyvesant Plaza, Jacob & Anthony’s Italian in Stuyvesant Plaza in Guilderland, and Jacob & Anthony’s American Grille in Saratoga Springs.

Bellini's Is Fully Staffed & Ready to Open

There are thirty employees that will be working at the new Bellini's locations from other Marrello restaurants. They are also hiring ten new employees that will handle the bigger Bellini's Italian Eatery. Bellini's is open from 4 pm until 10 on weekdays and noon until 10 pm on weekends.
