High-traffic, Residential Area in Albany

The harrowing incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, just after 5 PM, near Stewart's on Delaware Avenue in Albany. Delaware Avenue is a high-traffic residential and commercial area close to many schools, restaurants, and businesses.

It's also a main artery if you're heading from Albany into Delmar and Bethlehem, and it's a road I use pretty frequently, taking my son to and from school, camp, and his mom's house in Bethlehem.
