5/10 Pet Connection: Eddie [VIDEO]

Who doesn't love animals and when you think of animals and the Capital Region, I'd be surprised by anyone who doesn't first think of Pet Connection & Steve Caporizzo from NEWS10 ABC.

Every Wednesday, we will be featuring one of the adorable animals that Steve will have on his Pet Connection segment at night. Today's animal is 3 year old, Eddie who is a terrier mix from the Berkshire Humane Society.

Eddie is an active dog who loves to explore the outdoors. He's the perfect size to take out walking, hiking, and exploring. Eddie prefers adult households as the only pet since he tends to guard his food and toys.

Since he loves them so much, it's easy to use treats to get him to do great tricks. Eddie already knows a ton like sit, lay down and paw! Eddie is partially house trained but is so used to the kennel environment that there's a potential that he's fully house trained.

Eddie was one of the sweetest, softest dogs I've ever met. All he wanted was a bit of attention and some love. Once you start petting him, he's putty in your hands. Eddie is also a sensitive sweetheart who may need a little time to adjust but after that will be your best friend forever!
