You Too Can Own Property In Saratoga County – Auction Happening

This is fairly short notice, but I happened to catch this in the Times Union this morning, so I wanted to get it out there in case you were interested in buying up some cheap land! 

Yes, you too can bid on 24 parcels of land that the good old Tax Service in Saratoga County repossessed due to back taxes.  This from an article in the Times Union.

There are pieces of property in Moreau, Stillwater, Clfton Park, Day, Round Lake, Corinth and more.  One of the parcels up for grabs is HUGE - 11 acres!

This auction is happening tomorrow nite at 35 W High Street in Ballston Spa.  Good luck! If you get a big enough piece of land, maybe we can hold the next Countryfest there!!!
