Mohonasen High School Takes On ‘GNA’s High School Hunger Games
Saturday evening with Mohonasen High School's "Sounds in Motion" marching band musical showcase, and they invited WGNA to be a part of it!
Nick and Jess from our street team joined me and we played music and greeted the crowd as they entered the stadium.
Some of the spectators brought food for the Hunger Games collection boxes!
The weather was beautiful for the event, and several area bands presented their marching bands and the level of talent was just amazing!
I spoke with Graham MacBeth, who is the advisor helping the lead the Hunger Games charge at Mohonasen. Last year they competed, but this year they plan on winning! And we're so thrilled they are back again this year! Mr. MacBeth told me students from the Special Education program are teaming up with students from the Marketing and Business program, and are working together to be unstoppable!
Stay tuned to 'GNA to keep track of how Mohonasen is doing! Will they be the school who takes home the Flight Trampoline Party and the title of Champion?
