I posted a poll earlier this week to determine what restaurant has the best pizza in the Capital Region, and the winner is...

Kay's Pizza in Averill Park!

Yumma, yumma, yumma!  Now that is a good lookin' pie. I can't imagine how good it tastes! When we were initially taking nominations for the best pizza in the area, Kay's got a lot of mentions. And they also got a lot of votes to win our poll!  This isn't the first time they have won an honor like this - Kay's has also been a winner in couple Times Union Reader's Polls! We need to give a shout out to to everyone who was mentioned when I first put this out on Facebook. I can imagine all of these are AWESOME places to grab a pie.

Are you hungry yet? I know I am - this one is next on my list of place's to try as I settle into the Capital Region. Kay's looks like a really cool spot as well!
